Members of the State of fb88 health insurance plan as active employees must meet the following criteria in order to be eligible to��enroll in��the State of fb88 retiree health insurance. This applies to both full-time and part-time employees. Note: the eligibility requirements listed below do not determine the premiums you may pay for��coverage.

Service Retirement: If retiring under service retirement these two requirements must be met:
- Have participated��in the State of fb88 health insurance plan for at least one full year immediately prior to retirement and
- Eligible to receive a retirement check from the fb88 Public Employees Retirement System (fb88PERS) as a State of fb88 retiree
Disability Retirement: If retiring under the disability retirement provisions, participation in the State of fb88 health insurance plan immediately prior to retirement is required. Disability Retirement Brochure
