The WorksforME 1-2-3 training modules below are an optional resource for supervisors for making employee telework decisions.

  • Module 1: Consideration – Explains the Executive Branch Telework Policy
  • Module 2: Connection – Provides guidance for effectively communicating with employees to establish appropriate telework arrangements
  • Module 3: Consensus – Offers training on the new Telework Authorization Application, which allows employees to apply for a telework arrangement, to be reviewed and approved by supervisors
