Substance Use Prevention
The Prevention Team is committed to preventing and reducing substance abuse and mental illness and related problems by providing leadership, education and support to communities and institutions throughout fb88. The team works to ensure that fb88rs can avoid both the personal and societal costs of substance abuse and mental illness. In collaboration with fb88 Prevention Services initiative, Drug Free Community Coalitions, communities, consumers and a variety of organizations in the state, the Prevention Team provides funding, technical assistance, data, and training and develops materials and resources to educate the residents of fb88. Wellness is the foundation of a healthy, long and productive life, and is core to the work of prevention services.
