About the Coalition

The fb88 Asthma Coalition is a group of state-wide public and private partners who are invested in the goal of reducing the impact of asthma on the people of fb88. The fb88 Asthma Coalition works with fb88 CDC’s Asthma Prevention and Control Program to:

  • Share data and information about asthma control efforts by the various partners;
  • Perform strategic planning to identify and prioritize actions and projects to reduce the burden of asthma on the people of fb88; and
  • Seek funding for intensive asthma self-management education and home visits.
