fb88 Rural Health Transformation Initiative

The fb88 Department of Health and Human Services is launching a collaborative, statewide effort to build new programs and models of care that transform health care to better meet the needs of our rural communities. To help guide and inform that effort, fb88 DHHS is convening the fb88 Rural Health Transformation Initiative, bringing together key stakeholders from a range of sectors across the state.
