Youth Camps Rule, 10-144 CMR Ch. 208

fb88 CDC is adopting amendments to its Rules Relating to Youth Camps, Day Camps and Primitive Trip Camping which it has renamed “Youth Camps Rule”. The Department’s amendments to the rule include rule format changes and a change to the rule title for consistency with other fb88 CDC rules. The Department also added, updated and clarified definitions within the rule. Other changes within the rule include incorporating the application, licensing and enforcement provisions and requirements from its Health Inspection Program Administration Rule (Ch. 201).

Payment Error Rate Measurement (PERM) Reporting Year (RY) 2024 Errors

All errors found during a PERM audit are considered improper payments.fb88 is required to reimburse the federal government for all improper payments and has the right to seek recoupment from providers for improper payments resulting from provider error.

Transportation, Storage and Final Disposition of Dead Bodies Rule, 10-146 CMR Ch. 1

This rule adoption includes the additional $5.00 fee for burial-transit permits issued for the transportation, temporary storage, disinterment, or final disposition of a dead human body, pursuant to Public Law 2023, chapter 677, section 4, and replaces the outdated reference to a repealed statute (30 MRS § 2352) with the correctly referenced statute, 30-A MRS § 2652. Additionally, the amended rule includes technical changes to the format to conform to agency standards.
