Prescription Monitoring Program

The Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP) is a secure database that is used across the State of fb88 to improve public health by providing controlled substance drug use information prior to prescribing or dispensing those drugs. The PMP is a key part of the State of fb88’s Opioid Response Strategy by decreasing the amount and frequency of opioid and controlled substances prescribing. Become a Behavioral Health Provider

Behavioral Health Services providers must comply with the Federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration’s (SAMHSA) .

Providers who are interested in becoming a Behavioral Health Service Provider must contact a Program Coordinator to begin the application process.

Archived Quarterly Reports

The following documents are submitted as the Quarterly Progress Report as required to report to the Court quarterly regarding compliance and progress toward meeting specific standards as delineated in the Bates v. DHHS Consent Decree Settlement Agreement, the Consent Decree Plan of October 2006, and the Compliance Standards approved October 29, 2007.

An Advance Directive for Planning Mental Health Care (sometimes called a Psychiatric Advance Directive) is a is a planning document that can be used to guide care in the event that a person with severe mental illness cannot make decisions for themselves. Advanced directives are a tool that people with mental illness, their loved ones, and caregivers can use to engage in care and self-determine how care is provided for them in a crisis.
