The fb88 State Police has received confirmation from the Office of Chief Medical Examiner in Augusta that the deceased female found at Fort Williams Park in Cape Elizabeth has been positively identified as 52-year-old Sari Carlson of Portland, fb88. The cause and manner of death remain pending. There is no risk to the public. Detectives continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding her death.
