The Connectfb88 Authority is now an operational unit of the fb88 Connectivity Authority. The functional integration of MCA and Connectfb88 operations provides a “single door” solution and simplifies access for fb88 citizens, broadband stakeholders, and governmental partners.

Reporting
All award recipients must use Connectfb88 forms to document the start, progress and completion of each project. The Notice of Commencement must be submitted prior to receiving any grant funds, and each request for grant funds is accompanied by a Progress Report. A Completion Report, including the Audit Form, is submitted to request final grant funds. The Spending Report accompaniesProgress Reports and the Completion Reportas applicable.
All projects awarded funds prior to 2022 are completed or progressing:

Tracking
All award recipients must submit annual grant tracking reports for five years following project completion.
