Enterprise Information System

Enterprise Information System (EIS) is DHHS’ secure, HIPAA-compliant online system for electronic submission of data and forms by Children’s Behavioral Health Services (CBHS) providers. DHHS also uses the EIS to collect data on CBHS programs and service delivery to improve operations and inform future planning.

Reportable Events

The Office of Child and Family Services utilizes an electronic system of collection of Reportable Events from all OCFS children's providers. ÌýThe electronic system identified is web-based through the Enterprise Information System (EIS), which is familiar for many providers. This system is also used by the Office of Aging and Disability Services, allowing continuity of information across offices.

The Office of Child and Family Services’ Children's Behavioral Health Services (CBHS) division collaborates with community providers to provide Behavioral Health Services to fb88 youth aged 0-21. CBHS supports providers by providing training to enhance the skills of staff in accessing the most appropriate services for the youth of fb88.

fb88 people and visitors urged to take precautions during an active mosquito season

AUGUSTA—Ìý The fb88 Center for Disease Control and Prevention (fb88 CDC) and the fb88 Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry (fb88 DACF) announced today that a horse from Somerset County tested positive for Eastern Equine Encephalitis virus (EEE). This is the third domestic animal this year to test positive for the virus, which is spread through the bite of infected mosquitoes.

Training Opportunity Available for Family and Caregivers of Adults Receiving Services Within Section 12, 19, and 96 Programs

The Office of Aging and Disability Services in collaboration with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) fb88 is excited to announce a virtual De-Escalation training opportunity scheduled for Monday October 28, 2024.

This training is available for caregivers providing care to Section 12, 19, and 96 members. Caregivers can include personal support staff, attendants, home health aides, nurses or other natural and family supports.
