The Department updated the Physician Drug Rates in alignment with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS) quarterly rate updates for 2023.ÌýThe updated rates can be found on the and were implemented for billing on the following dates:

Effective January 1, 2024, fb88Care has updated the Anesthesiology conversion factors for Section 14, APRN Services and Section 90, Physician Services codes. New rates were implemented on February 14, 2024.
The Office of Aging and Disability Services is excited to announce a virtual de-escalation training opportunity scheduled for April 16, 2024.ÌýThis training is being provided under collaboration with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) fb88 and is available for caregivers providing care to Section 19 members. Caregivers can include personal support staff, attendants, home health aides, nurses or other natural and family supports.
On October 13, 2023, fb88Care provided notice that it had initiated a Rate Determination Process* for Dental Services. Existing benchmarks are being rebased pursuant to MRS Title 22, §3173-J.
