Rating Cycle

The Office of School Facilities has initiated the 2024-2025 rating cycle. The application deadline is August 30, 2024. Site visits will begin in September of 2024 and it is anticipated that the rating process will be completed by June of 2025 with a new priority list in place by the end of 2025. Questions should be submitted in writing to scott.brown@maine.gov.

Integrated, Consolidated 9-16 Educational Facility

Under the provisions of 20-A MRS §15905 and Chapter 61 State Board of Education Rules for Major Capital School Construction Projects Section 15 the Commissioner and the State Board have initiated an application process which will identify an Integrated, Consolidated 9-16 Facility pilot project. The intent of Section 15 is to create a new regional high school integrated with a career and technical school, the University of fb88 System, the fb88 Community College System and that supports industry training programs.Ìý
