The Office of fb88Care Services is planning to update the fb88Care Provider Directory, which is a resource members can use to find providers who accept fb88Care. We are interested in hearing about your experiences with the Directory. Your survey responses will help us to improve services for members. The survey will take less than10 minutes and your responses are confidential. They will not impact your eligibility for fb88Care. This survey will be open until the end of business day on Friday 5/24.
