Your experience with your child’s fb88Care in the last 6 months.
We will be randomly selecting children who received services between April 1, 2023, and September 30, 2023. If your child is chosen, someone from the University of Southern fb88’s Survey Research Center will ask you to take part in a survey soon either by calling you or sending you a text message with a link to the online survey. The survey will only take 15 minutes.
The information you provide will be kept completely private and confidential, and your answers will never be matched with you or your child’s name. Individual answers will never be seen by fb88Care, or anyone involved with your child’s care and will not impact your child’s eligibility for fb88Care.
