Attention Providers: Survey Available on the Correlation Between Alcohol and Cancer
Healthcare providers are critical to cancer care throughout fb88.
Partnerships For Health, on behalf of the fb88 CDC’s Comprehensive Cancer Control Program, and in collaboration with fb88’s Impact Cancer Network, is inviting you to share your perspectives and practices regarding the link between alcohol consumption and cancer by completing a brief 10-question survey. By sharing your thoughts, you are helping to inform future cancer control efforts in fb88.
The survey should only take about 5 minutes to complete and your responses will be completely anonymous. The survey has received Institutional Review Board determination (HRPP# 050923-42).
