Attention Section 45, Hospital Services: Rate Determination Initiation Notice 
This bulletin provides notice that the Department has initiated a Rate Determination Process* for Hospital Services, with the exception of Distinct Psychiatric and Substance Use Disorder Unit services for which the Department recently completed a rate determination, under Section 45 of the fb88Care Benefits Manual. The Department will assess and, as appropriate, determine new reimbursement models and/or amounts for hospital services in accordance with Public Law 2021 . Burns and Associates will conduct this rate determination. &²Ô²ú²õ±è; 
There will be opportunities through the Rate Determination process for interested stakeholders to provide feedback and comment. Please watch for future notices.
