​Attention Section 50, Intermediate Care Facilities: Reprocessing of Day Habilitation Claims - CR 122772              

It has been brought to the Department’s attention that the Section 50, Day Habilitation rate effective January 1, 2024, was not implemented on January 1, 2024, as was previously noticed.ÌýÌý

The updated rate for Day Habilitation (0907) has now been implemented as of February 7, 2024. 

Adjustment of Claims 

  • The Department will reprocess all claims submitted at or above the new rates, for dates of service January 1, 2024, through February 6, 2024. No provider action is needed.ÌýÌý

  • Providers who submitted claims with charges below the new rate for the same date span above, will need to adjust their own claims within 120 days of the original payment date.ÌýÌý
