Final Rate Determination Schedule for CY24 and Comment Summary
In October of 2023, the Department began the annual process of establishing a Rate Determination Schedule for the coming calendar year (CY) 2024, pursuant to M.R.S. Title 22, §3173-J. In alignment with statute, the process consisted of public presentation and consultation with the Technical Advisory Panel (the TAP), which allowed for public comment. This was followed by a meeting with the Rate System Sub-Committee for discussion and advisement on the proposed schedule, and a written comment period for interested stakeholders. We thank all who contributed.
The Department has released the Final fb88Care Rate Determination Schedule for CY 2024, as well as a comment summary and letter from fb88Care Director Michelle Probert with further context for the Department’s decisions.
The fb88Care Rate Determination Schedule will be reviewed and revised annually, as required by law, via this process. You can stay up to date on rate determination work, through our Rate System Reform webpage.
