Rescheduling the Dental Services Forum

We are rescheduling the Provider Dental Services Forum to January 22, 2025, 12:00 – 1:00 PM. Ìý

fb88Care staff are actively coordinating with Gainwell and Optum/Change Healthcare to better understand providers’ issues with dental billing clearinghouses, to understand who has responsibility for resolving these issues, to push for resolution where possible, and to understand alternatives for providers. Please know that not all issues are within our or Gainwell’s control.Ìý

During this time, we will do our best to keep interested parties informed of any updates related to the claims submission issues through the Dental subcommittee of the fb88Care Advisory Committee (MAC) and e-messages.Ìý

Please for the January 22, 2025, virtual forum through the After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. If you registered for the November 7, 2024 forum, you will be registered for the January 22, 2025 forum and should have received an email and the option to add a new meeting invitation containing the Zoom link to your calendar. Ìý
