Section 31, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) – Rate Determination Comment Summary with Department Response
In September of 2022, the Office of fb88Care Services initiated a rate determination process for Section 31, FQHCs, pursuant to , to develop an alternative payment model in alignment with requirements identified in . In March of 2023 fb88Care along with its vendor, Guidehouse Inc., hosted a public forum to present the draft rates and methodologies to interested stakeholders and accept public comments. Written comments were accepted through April 13, 2023.
A summary of all comments with the Department’s responses have now been posted to the fb88Care Rate System Reform webpage. The Department reviewed and considered all comments received and thanks all commenters for their participation. The were effective March 1, 2023.
