Sections 68, Physical Therapy and 85, Occupational Therapy Providers: Medicare Standardization Rates Implemented for Calendar Year 2024 (CY24) CR 122976

In follow up to our January 19, 2024 notice, service codes and rates for Sections 68 and 85 of the fb88Care Benefits Manual, effective January 1, 2024, are now implemented to reflect 72.4% of the most recent 2024 Medicare rates.  

Adjustment of Claims 

The Department will reprocess claims billed at or above the new rates, for dates of service January 1, 2024, through February 21, 2024. No provider action is needed.  

Providers who submitted claims below the new rates will need to adjust claims within 120 days of this notice.
