Technical Assistance for Delivery System Reform Unit Programs

The Delivery System Reform Unit (DSRU) within the Office of fb88Care Services manages the following policies and programs: 

  • Section 91, Health Home Services, Community Care Teams (including the Housing Outreach and Member Engagement (HOME) program)  

  • Section 92, Behavioral Health Homes  

  • Section 93, Opioid Health Homes  

  • Chapter VI, Section 3, Primary Care Plus  

  • Accountable Communities  

  • ²Ñ²¹¾±²Ô±ð²Ñ°¿²Ñ &²Ô²ú²õ±è;

DSRU provides technical assistance related to these programs, including:  

  • Ongoing support and orientations/trainings  

  • Peer sharing and engagement  

  • Resource sharing  

  • Open office hours for Primary Care Plus practices  

  • Collaboration with other offices and agencies â¶Ä¯&²Ô²ú²õ±è;
