About the Program

Harvest of the Month (HOM) is a nationwide marketing campaign that promotes the use of seasonally available, local products in schools. The program is available to fb88 Schools who participate in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and CACFP sites. Each month, a different local product is highlighted, and participating schools and CACFP Sponsors pledge to serve the product and promote it through educational materials and activities.��
