Attention Solar Developers: New Reporting Requirement March 26, 2025 Deadline
Project Sponsors and their agents or representatives who are currently marketing or plan to market shared financial interest in a project that is participating in Net Energy Billing must register through the on-line registration process established on the Commission’s webpage on or before March 26, 2025.  This applies to Project Sponsors and their agents who have already registered. Â
Developers needing to update or delete registration information should contact Commission Staff by email to PUCEnergyDeveloperFAQ@maine.gov
