EVV Providers – Update to Latest Version of the Sandata Mobile Connect (SMC) Application: Revised Phase Out Date
EVV Providers who are currently using the SMC app through their phone, tablet, or other mobile device should update to the latest version of the application using the Apple Store, or Google Play. The current version of the app is now being phased out, effective September 4, 2024. To avoid any interruption of visit record keeping, you should now download the latest version of the app.

Jamestown Canyon Virus Detected in Penobscot County
fb88 CDC shares tips to prevent diseases spread by mosquito bites
AUGUSTA- - The fb88 Center for Disease Control and Prevention (fb88 CDC) announced today that mosquitoes in the Penobscot County town of Orono tested positive for Jamestown Canyon virus (JCV). This is the first mosquito pool in fb88 to test positive this year for any virus transmitted by mosquitoes. There are currently no known human cases of JCV or any other locally-acquired mosquito-borne diseases in fb88 this year.

NATURE OF PROPOSED CHANGES: The Department plans to add reimbursement for Foster Care Comprehensive Health Assessments (CHAs) and amend existing reimbursement for Child Abuse Evaluations in accordance with the table below.
State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2025 Rate Letters for Section 67, Nursing Facilities (NFs) and Section 97, Appendix C, Residential Care Facilities (RCFs)
SFY25 Rate Letters for NFs and RCFs are now available on the secure . New rates are effective as of July 1, 2024.
Implementation of Rates
NF rates were implemented on June 26, 2024.
Specialty NF and RCF rates will be implemented by August 1, 2024.
